Simple plan

Bought a new dumbbell today, so i got a pair.
Cut my spending a lot on meals and entertainment and use it on dumbbell.
Well, if u really up to something you will have the hearts to do it properly.

Will save some money for an adjustable bench. Nearly 400 bucks weyh.
Looking forward to some lean msucles babeh.

12 weeks challenge

2 weeks passed and i can feel something different.
Push ups and home workouts seem help a lot. Pros from Youtube guiding is better.

Went to gym for cardio and machine press. 3 months fees paid and hopefully will fully utilize it.

These 2 weeks is just warming up.
True challenge is about to begin.

When you have desire towards something, the desires will provide you determination which lead you to ACT. Dream big to achieve big.

Determination and hard work combo

Oh damn i really enjoy my lifestyle now. Healthy i mean.
Law carb and a damn low fat diet. Gosh i can feel my used-to-be-fit-but-tight-after-i-left-gym pants are loosen up day by day. Less entertainment less junk food.
Bought a dumbbell the other day. Wish to have a pair but lack of money at that time.
Been working out for a week. u can feel the muscle is pushing each other after that. Oh man i really love that.
It was months ago since my last gym session. and CNY spoilt everything. From cookies to seafood and homemade cuisine.
I gained a lot man!

Jason Statham and Sean Harley inspire and motivate me the most.
Huge chest, broad shoulder and a pair of fantabulous guns. These are what a man gotta have. Thats how chicks define 'HOT' and hunky.

Its been said by the wise that having no plan at all is really planning to fail. so i got my plan on a paper and everything going smoothly.
At least 10 sets of 10-12reps per day and minimum of 20 push ups per day.
And 1-2 whey protein shakes everyday.
Will resume gym session soon. few days later maybe.

short term goal: lost 10 kilos of fats by June
long term goal: Have a lean body like jason statham more or less
Dream moves people, action is the key!
