Busy for what?

Business project started.
And the sad thing is, it last for 3 week. sigh.
Walking in the campus while holding a bucket of bottled juice and inevitably we have to face few assholes while promoting our product. some showed their please-go-away face
No need to mention the tiredness.
Class and selling stuff ruining the gym timetable. haighh

Btw, went to lion dance practice. It actually runs by wushu club
Have to learn some basic skills. Some girls teach me how to play, and it feels kinda weird
In fact, I can play better than them but I prefer learning, act like i'm a newbie.
Quite fun actually

Ask yourself, what you seek in your life?
Residual income?
Financial freedom?
Time freedom?
Health?
5star oversea travel?

I want all of them, do you?

there is always another road for you,
choice is more important than effort

want a healthy meal? cook at home

When it come to fitness, you cant just rely only on exercise.
You oughta have some healthy meal, food out there usually packed with MSG and trans fat.
I anti-mamak food except for naan. hehe
You are what you eat, yes i know what i ate before when i look at my belly fat. duh

Back from gym and cooked this
4 eggs (3 egg yolk), lots of long beans, 2 tomatoes, oyster sauce and some pepper.
I prefer olive oil although its not so cheap.

Huge portion. And kinda salty. Not bad for the first time.

No Tittle

Salute those who has awesome leadership skill.
They can solve all kind of problems, they speak like a professional,
they seek perfection and they are perfectionist.
When u got someone as your mentor, they motivate you.
Learn from them and apply it in real life.
Learning to overcome my psychological barriers and low self-esteem. damn

In life, wasting time is not about nothing to do, but it is about doing the things that wont give you any good in future is the real waste of time. (translate from chinese)

I got it. you?

Just now went to business project meeting and heard some fellas having their lion dance drumming practice.
Fyi, I'd been obsessed with those lion dance since i was a kid.
Still remember there was a drum in my granny house, 10 years ago i guess, the exactly same drum use by those lion dance team.
I kept on hitting the drum, learning how to make it like the real one.

Thinking of joining the club. Maybe i can play it well, living my childhood dream babeh, because i know i cant be a power ranger, so this is the second choice. LOL (Power Ranger is my childhood heroes okay)
Learn something is better than do nothing right.
Next week go register, tok leh tahan doh ni.

Dream Weekend

Have you ever wonder why so many people work so hard but they cant have what they really wish for in their life?
Have you ever think of how are you in future? struggling for your job? You work so hard for the company and what you'll have after you retire?
After you got your degree and enter a particular company, at that time, you can imagine how your life shall be after 10, 20, 30 years. Is that the life you want?

Dream Weekend, organized by TQG-Total Quality Group.
Its exciting, damn, i dont know how to describe the feeling.
It is like watching live football game in stadium, you cant describe the atmosphere to your friends with words.
You Gotta be there to feel it, the burning desire to success.

Successful stories shared by 2 EDC from Korea and China.
Their story was like a binocular for you to see what you gonna be in your future.
Their hardworks, obstacles, challenges and difficulties on their journey to success.
What they do are the same thing. But they got desire, passion, enthusiasm to fulfill their dream.
The road is there, it is up to you whether to follow the step or not.

The Road Not Taken-Robert Frost
A poem reminds me about decision making
In these generation-y era, things change so fast, some people got eliminated, some barely survive.
Lemme tell you something, professionals is a fella who read more than you thats why they earn more than you. But, the fact is that most of their time spend on work, they dont have much time for family, vacation whatsoever. Stress, pressure come along as they got higher position. Then it leads to health problem.
Technology improve dramatically, is that comparable with what you learned in your university?
Tertiary education never teach you how to manage money, they teach you how to work for others.
From kindergarten to university, all you want is a better job right. Think again.
As you can see, many people choose to work for their entire life-this is the road taken
Less people choose to change their mindset-to build up their own pipeline and retire young, retire rich. Rich Dad Poor Dad by R.Kiyosaki will teach you how to change the point of view.

Success is not only about the income you earn, but its the way you see the value in yourself, influence people, help them grow.
To success, you must change!
Change is doing something that will make you suffer, do the things you usually hate, but the outcome will make you stronger, adaptive to new environment, face problem fearlessly.
Change come from inside your heart, nobody can open the door to your heart, only you have the key to that door, only you yourself are able to unlock the door.

Ask yourself,
what you really want in your life?
What you can do?
What you should do?

I choose the less traveled, and i will create something different
There is no guarantee of success, but the one who is willing to give everything deserve a success.
Dream Weekend-Pivotal turning point for me
Actions speak louder than word!
Winners never quit. Quitters never win

The Most Anticipated Weekend

Tomorow I'll be going to Ampang for one of the 3 TQG major functions-Dream Weekend
Wait this since last October. And time pass really really fast.
Last function i attended was FED-Free Enterprise Day.
Gosh, everybody is damn excited.
You gotta be there to feel it yourself.
Thanks Dr.Wong because he provides us such a good environment to learn and grow.
Everything in this universe is changing, except one thing, your mind.
You have to change, the change i mention here is to change your mindset in order to grow to be a better person.
Before you change your fate, you gotta change your mind first.
One of the worst thing about humanity is they dont know what they dont know.
Its time to change your mind, your perception-to survive in this 21st century.

More to come after i return to Melaka.

How muscles grow

Muscles only grows when they recover after heavy stress you put on gym.
During your workouts, you stress your muscles to the limit and it will cause micro injury, dont worry, it is not bad as you think. Muscle then will be repaired and something like a little 'overdose' to treat the injury, just to prevent the same damage happen in future.
So, try to use heavier weight after couples of months so that your muscle will experience new the so called micro injury.

The most important thing is that, muscle never grow while you workouts, it happen when you rest, a well 8 hours sleep. And protein is crucial in muscle development.
Have a 6 small meals a day which include protein rich food.

Good things never happen overnight
