Been working out for a week. u can feel the muscle is pushing each other after that. Oh man i really love that.
It was months ago since my last gym session. and CNY spoilt everything. From cookies to seafood and homemade cuisine.
I gained a lot man!

Its been said by the wise that having no plan at all is really planning to fail. so i got my plan on a paper and everything going smoothly.
At least 10 sets of 10-12reps per day and minimum of 20 push ups per day.
And 1-2 whey protein shakes everyday.
Will resume gym session soon. few days later maybe.
short term goal: lost 10 kilos of fats by June
long term goal: Have a lean body like jason statham more or less
